Abstract
- The article discusses a reported backlog of family law-related cases and an increase in the number of self-represented (pro se) litigants in legal proceedings in America as of March 2013, focusing on the 1946 U.S. Supreme Court case Griffin v. Griffin which deals with the divorce of disbarred attorney William H. Griffin, Jr. and his wife Grace Griffin. Other topics include the fraud in the inducement legal theory, annulment, and a writ of certiorari. Alimony is also examined.
