Abstract

The article presents the author's views on business growth in the optical industry. It is stated that making key marketing decisions on a gut feeling can be dangerous. Suggestions are offered to use the right balance of resources, grow the right team, and delegate, outsource, automate. According to the author, the leaders of successful practices know what they want.
