Abstract: The article discusses the developments in the legal industry in Korea. It examines the moves by several American and British firms to enter the Korean market, as well as the feasibility of said moves. Based on the data from the World Bank, Korea had a gross domestic product of around one trillion dollars in 2010 and its demand for legal services comes from a small group of big companies. The opinion of Paul Hastings' Jong Han Kim on the Korean market is also cited.
