Abstract

The article focuses on the aircraft industry company Turkish Technic. The company's use of computer networks to manage its maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) operations is examined, particularly its merging of various information technologies including radio frequency identification (RFID), sensor networks and graphical user interfaces (GFI).
