Abstract
- The article presents a timeline of the history of creative arts at libraries, including the opening of the Manitoba Crafts Museum and Library in 1933 in Canada, the renovation of a children's craft room at the Merrimack Public Library in 1979 in New Hampshire, and the development of a makerspace at the Fayette Free Library in 2011 in New York that allows patrons to create, build, and craft using technology.
