Abstract
- The article discusses the developments in advanced biofuels technology. It focuses on the algal biofuels or 'green crude,' which is the biggest type of next generation of advanced biofuels technology. According to the European Biofuels Technology Platform, algae could produce more biomass and oils per hectare than terrestrial biomass.
