Food Consumption Behavior among Elementary Students of Gonabad.

The article discusses a study on the food consumption behavior of elementary school students in Gonabad, Iran and analyzes the beneficial impact of following correct dietary habits for prevention of diseases in adulthood. The importance of the recommended dietary allowances which should be followed for consumption of various food items is analyzed. It discusses the need to promote the advantages of correct dietary practices for physical and mental development in children.
