On Partnerships, Power and Policy in Researching Displacement.

In this article, the author focuses on the policy-relevant research and the relationship of research with the aid agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). According to the author, policy research is carried out by international organizations and NGOs but sometimes the methodology they use is not clear. The author argues that the close relation between aid agencies and academic researchers limit the ability of the refugee researchers which limit their development.
