Abstract

The discovery of the extension of the Crab pulsar spectrum up to 400 GeV has challenged conventional pulsar theories and led to generation of new ones. In order to verify or rule out these new models, one would need to reduce the systematic and statistical errors in the spectra and light curves at these energies. For this reason, MAGIC is working on the upgrade of its telescopes and the improvement of the analysis methods. We report on the future prospects of the re-analysis of archival data and the observations with the upgraded system. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
