Abstract
- The article focuses on the development of Wynwood, the once-forlorn slab of Miami, in terms of art production. It includes information of people who paid attention and introduced the art to Wynwood and graffiti artist such as David Lombardi, a real estate mogul who started buying bargain properties in Wynwood and the founder of Lombardi Properties, and Tony Goldman, developer who create Wynwood Walls and opened a restaurant, Joey's. It also states the progress and current condition of the town.
