Abstract: The article reports on the debut of the first publication of "The Young Professional," which will be digitally distributed to young professionals and students in the Young Professional Network of the National Recreation & Park Association (NRPA). NRPA calls for education session proposals for its 2013 Congress & Exposition to be held in Houston, Texas from October 8-10. NRPA also seeks for citizen and professional leaders who have passion in recreation, environmental conservation, and parks.
