Improving our patients' experience: ideas for change.

The article provides some suggestion for improving patients experience in eye care setting. Quality of clinical services offered, making small changes to how services are delivered can have a big impact on how patients feel about their experience and come for the eye care they need. It is suggested that the staff of the clinic should be looked after and well trained, ensure that patients do not have to spend longer waiting hours, explain all costing related eye care services offered clearly.
