Abstract

The article offers summaries of recently published reports on nutrition and human health. A study by M.N. Laska and colleagues, showed that teenagers (EAT-I) involved in food preparation were engaged in same behavior as older teenagers (EAT-II). A study by A.D. Dangour and colleagues, revealed that long chain n-3 fatty acids played vital role in delaying cognitive decline. A study by P. Scarborough analyzed the health effects of consumption of meat and dairy products.
