Abstract
- The article discuss court cases related to rent in New York. It states that a tenant was sued for eviction by a landlord for non-payment of rent in the commercial landlord-tenant, which is part of Civil Court. It says that a rent-stabilized tenant was sued for eviction by a landlord due to nonprimary residence. Moreover, an apartment occupant, who was rent-stabilized tenant's brother, was sued for eviction by a landlord after the tenant has moved out.
