Abstract
- The article discusses research which was conducted to investigate how the rating of perceived exertion during resistance exercises was influenced by the exercise volume and athletes' training state. Researchers evaluated 80 physical eduction students. They found that the training state of athletes improved the relationship between the rating of perceived exertion and relative exercise volume during resistance exercise.
