Abstract
- The article offers tips on weight loss and maintaining a healthy life. Harvard University researchers found that one of the best things one can do for his body is spend more time in bed. Those who sleep less than 5 hours a night are more likely to become obese than those who slept more than 7 hours. Also, running long distances can take a physical toll that can dampen one's enthusiasm.
