The article explains how using the Internet cloud to develop a simplified graphical tool similar to analysis tools Mathcad and Matlab to analyze high performance in and optimize positioning systems while keeping costs down. Often the tool is free to use on the web, operation is usually self-explanatory and available full-time, and generally accessible by personal computer, cell phone or electronic tablet. A case study is presented of its application at Parker Daedal/EMN of Irwin, Pennsylvania.
