Abstract
- The authors reflect on the new development of anticoagulant for the treatment of patient with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). They note that the warfarin has been introduced as an anticoagulant therapy but is considered unsafe due to its anticoangulant effect in APS patient. They mentions that several novel anticoagulants have been developed such as rivaroxaban which can offer more predictable and effective anticoagulation than warfarin.
