Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyse the discourse practices of a tutor in online discussion foruns of a distance graduate course at UFJF. It uses a theoretical framework drawn from Argumentation (Koch, 1984; 1997 e Diamianovic, 2009) and Theories of Computer Assisted Collaborative Learning. The results of the analysis point out pedagogical strategies that can contribute to collaborative learning in online discussion forum, as well as the relevance of Argumentation to collaborative learning studies.
