Odontogenic abscesses are a great group of infectious lesions, which be originated from the dental pulp and periodontal tissues and rarely in a coalescent way, the abscesses most frequently are those the dental pulp. Periodontal abscesses are associated with a variety of signs and symptoms including localized purulent inflammation of periodontal tissues. Recent research shows apparent uniformity in therapeutic procedures.
