Abstract
- In order to realize the processing accuracy of the deep hole on hard-cutting alloys in the pulse electrochemical machining, a dynamic math model for the linear removal rate is established and the effect of process parameters is analyzed also. The effects of pulse width, tool feed speed and insulating layer on the tool are studied experimentally. The experiment results show that the longer pulse width, higher feed speed and insulation of all outside surface of tool can improve the processing accuracy of the deep hole. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
