The article presents information on the arguments related to the use of Like button in the social networking site Facebook as a protected method of expressing freedom of speech with reference to the U.S. First Amendment protections. The problems related to the involvement public employees in blogging and creating issues in workplace is now becoming common. The need of caution in government employees while posting on such sites is also discussed.
