Abstract

The work was carried out in the acclimatization stage of the Tissue Culture Plant in the Estación Territorial de Investigaciones de la Caña de Azúcar (ETICA) of Villa Clara. The following 4 treatments were studied: 1. Standard with no treatment, 2. Fitomas-E at 0.1 % immediately after transplanting, 3. Fitomas-E at 0.1 % immediately and at 15 days after transplanting and 4. Fitomas- E at 0.1 % at 15 days after transplanting. In the study it could be proven that this solution applied to the foliage of the plants in anyone of the three variants improve notably the quality parameters of them and they are ready for their commercialization at 30 days after being transplanted to the acclimatization phase, reducing their cycle in this phase in 15 days. Although the best results were obtained when the Fitomas-E at 0. 1 % was applied immediately and at 15 days after transplanting. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
