Abstract

Corrosion failure of oil pipe was happened during the injection exploitation of high temperature multicomponent thermal fluid. The corrosion datum was analyzed by grey relational method. The results showed that water content and CO2 partial pressure had the most notable effect on the corrosion of oil pipe, and flow velocity, temperature and CO2 partial pressure had more remarkable effect. Aimed at the corrosion characteristics of oil pipe, the high temperature CO2 corrosion inhibitor with abrasion resistance should be chosen to reduce corrosion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
