- A literary criticism is presented of the novel "Landing," by Emma Donoghue, which describes a transatlantic lesbian romance. Topics include economic globalization and the notion of Ireland as a Celtic Tiger, the relevance of transnational literary theory for understanding the novel, and economic class differences between the characters Jude and Síle.
