Abstract
- The article reports on research which was conducted to examine the anthropometric, vertical jump, and strength quality changes over two years in a group of national team volleyball players. Researchers evaluated 14 players. After evaluating the players for two years researchers concluded that elite male volleyball players can improve leanness and power, which contribute to improvements in vertical jump.
