Abstract
- Selective placement can be achieved with carbon nanotubes dispersed in N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) on aminopropyltriethoxysilane patterns. Investigations by AFM show a high deposition density of the nanotubes compared to water–surfactant solutions. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
