Abstract

Nasal symptoms, frequently associated with asthma, lead the physician to propose different investigations in order to manage the underlying ENT disorder. Different studies have shown that a validated questionnaire combined with a clinical examination should be the first approach in most cases. It is well known that simple X-rays of sinuses do not efficiently contribute to the diagnosis and that CT scan sometimes lacks specificity. The main investigation remains an endoscopic examination that should be performed in a second approach when symptoms resist a well-conducted treatment. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
