State Council Issues White Paper on Rare Earths.

The article focuses on the release of a white paper on Situation and Policies of China's Rare Earth Industry by China's State Council. Three major rare earth product ion bases have been developed by China including Liangshan of Sichuan Province, Baotou of Inner Mongolia and Ganzhou of Jiangxi Province. In addition to rare earth materials and devices, China produced end products like energy-saving lamps and electric motors.
