Abstract

The article discusses a case study of a 61 year old man who was presented to an eye clinic complaining reduced vision in his right eye after waking up from an invasive surgical procedure that involved severe blood loss. His medical examination revealed a pale optic nerve and an edematous in his right eye with one inferior splinter hemorrhage. It highlights the patient's treatment process and explores the etiology of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION).
