Abstract

The article presents a study on the morphology of Albuca (A.) bifolia or Baker. The study involves an extensive field work on the revision of the genus Albuca L. in Grahamstown, South Africa. The result shows that Albuca anisocrispa and A. pseudobifolia are closely related to A. bifolia in terms of floral, vegetative, chronological, and ecological data.
