The production and consumption of audiovisual products is no longer destined exclusively for television, but also with mobile TIC (Information and Communications Technology): cell phones, tablets and consoles, the access is greater as well as the demand. In the environment of children and young people, it is important that instruction exists in the reading of audiovisual messages, so that the reception and consumption of the youth will not be passive but participative. From this, audiovisual narratives can be created for teaching and educational entertainment. The work reviews the case of Teleclip TV, a project that has been in development for four years.
