Abstract
- In this article the authors discuss the ways The VLAD technique, a technique which was developed to present time-ordered peri-operative outcomes after cardiac surgery, was used to evaluate an intervention that involved local women’s groups discussing issues related to maternal and newborn health in eastern India between July 31, 2005 to July 30, 2008. They are supportive of using the technique and of the ways it can be used in outcome assessments and to monitor mortality trends in medical care.
