Abstract

The article discusses why one should eat raw food. It states that eating raw food will make one chew more which according to a study helps to consume lesser calories and thus lose weight. It mentions that in summers, in-season vegetables and fruits can help one get satisfied with less. It highlights that water-rich vegetables and fruits can prevent dehydration in summers.
