Abstract: The article offers information on the 2012 Global Awards for Excellence in Adaptive Case Management (ACM) by Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) and its finalists. It says that ACM is known by many as a shift of approaches into a knowledge-centric approach focusing on collaboration to support activities, outcome-oriented goals, and individual judgment. It mentions the nine finalists for the 2012 ACM Award including Generali Hellas, Paneon GmbH, and Qsuper.
