Abstract

The article reports that the electrical insulation division of German chemical company Altana, Elantas, has signed an agreement with China's Changzhou Lantian Ruiqi Chemical Co. to acquire Changzhou Lantian Ruiqi's tris-2-hydroxyethyl isocyanurate business.
