Abstract
- Presents a study which measured the absorption coefficient of carbon dioxide laser radiation in moderately-doped gallium-arsenide:zinc crystals as a function of the intensity of the laser pulses. Difficulty in the use of lasers to process gallium-arsenic material; Experimental details; Results and discussion; Conclusions.
