- Presents information on a study which analyzed water vapor deposition onto metal surfaces using a ramped electric field. Experimental details; Investigation of the influence of the amount of water coverage on tungsten; Utilization of a commercial quartz crystal deposition monitor to measure the layer thickness; Discussion of the adsorption of water as a function of the temperature of the tungsten substrate.
