Abstract: Presents a study which reported the evidence of a time-dependent current versus voltage (I-V) analysis which showed to be the result of a normal/superconducting interface launched by the heat generated at a metal contact to polycrystalline YBa[sub2]Cu[sub3]O[subx]. Details on the peak current pulse density used in the experiment; Cause of the loop in the I-V[sub23].
