PRESIDENT'S FORUM.

The article presents the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island's history, goals and an appreciation to the college. Particular focus is given to the military college's goals, including that of educating and developing leaders under the direction of the Dean of Academic Affairs Dr. John Garofano, aiding the U.S. Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) define the role of the U.S. Navy under the direction of the Dean of the Center for Naval Warfare Studies Robert C. "Barney" Rubel and in supporting U.S. combat readiness under the direction of the Dean of the College of Operational and Strategic Leadership Jamie Kelly.
