Abstract

The article presents a study which analyzes the prognostic importance of new molecular genetic immunomarkers hormonal receptors and the DNA ploidy disturbances in endometrial cancer. The study used flow cytometric ploidy analysis, karyotyping, and laparoscopic approach. Results show that there was a low rate of progesterone receptors in the prognostically unfavourable group of immunomarkers.
