Support for children identified with acute flaccid paralysis under the global polio eradication programme in Uttar Pradesh, India: a qualitative study.

The article focuses on the qualitative study which presents the effects of the polio eradication programmes that were implemented in several districts of Uttar Pradesh, India. The study investigates the care and support for children with acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) after their diagnosis as the programmes that were introduced includes the motive of detecting surveillance of AFP to detect and diagnose cases of polio at early stage.
