The article presents information related to advancements made by Janine Becker, executive director at the Student Services Center of the Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, in the one stop shop that was created by co-locating student assistance services. As an outcome of advancements made by Becker, the center is able to distribute financial aid packages three months earlier. The reduction in required labor as a result of these changes reduced operating costs up to 33 percent.
