Abstract

Less is more is a way of thinking about and doing things differently. It is about conceiving and bringing to fruition significant and lasting change, and is appropriate for the current dynamic and challenging business environment. In this context, less is more means considering a different horizon and exploring what that new perspective holds, steering away from existing techniques and solutions, and shifting the effort away from planning from today's perspective. Less is more is not simply about doing less. It is a way of identifying what is valuable and most needed to ensure a successful outcome. It means focusing on doing more of what is important and less of what is not. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
