Abstract
- The article discusses research on identifying antigens for cancer vaccines. It references a study by R. Vile et al published in "Nature Biotechnology." The researchers showed that melanoma in mice can be treated by vaccination with a human melanoma cDNA library delivered by a vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) vector. Findings of the study also opened several additional avenues for future research on areas such as the pattern of antigen expression in individual tumors.
