Abstract
- The article presents the results of a study conducted at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia that gave surveys and held focus groups to determine how students use social media, mobile technologies, and library resources. Students’ use of the online social network Facebook, smartphones, and Web 2.0 tools are discussed. The results showed that students use library resources such as interlibrary loan, online journals, and reference libraries.
