Construction of a Metcalf Energy Center in San Jose, California by Calpine company; Move of Black Hills Energy Capital company to add cogeneration plant in North Las Vegas, Nevada; Plan of Siemens Power Generation to build a large turbine-generator with a backpressure turbine in the pulp and paper industry for Finland's Wisaforest pulp facility.
