The Universalization of teaching has set new challenges to the Cuban educational system. One of them was revealed by the diagnosis to a population of Physics part time teachers from the U.C.P "Héctor Alfredo Pineda Zaldívar". It showed that they had some handicaps to develop their classes successfully in their University Sites. The solution to this problem was discovered among the field of the types of training systems of teachers of Higher Education. A system of training was designed which included methodological and knowledge aspects related the syllabus to be aught in each class. The acquired results permitted to get higher level of these teachers as well as the successful development of these syllabus in the University Sites from the U.C.P "Héctor Alfredo Pineda Zaldívar".
