Abstract
- The article presents a research study on the incidence of acute myocardial infarction in Denmark from 1984 until 2008. It examines how comorbity and sex have affected the prognosis of the disease. It says that first time hospitalisation rate for subsequent short-term mortality and myocardial infarction both declined by almost half between 1984 and 2008.
