Abstract
- The article provides a summary of the results of the 2010 Center for Army Leadership (CAL) Annual Survey of Army Leadership (CASAL) for the U.S. Army. It examines the results pertaining to the development of leadership, the impact of the character and climate established by U.S. Army commanders, and the role of professional military education (PME) in leadership development.
